Beautiful capture. I love a gas stove, having grown up in a house with gas. The last several years, sadly only electric stoves in my abodes. Look at me, getting all sentimental about stoves! 😉

I love this shot, it brings back memories! What amazes me is how you shot such a clear photo of flames, mine often turn out blurry but I always try to shoot free hand! You must have shot free hand as well to be over the burner like this? You must have extremely steady hands!
