Since we were traveling from South to North along the Pacific Coast Highway, we did not stop as often as we would have had we been on the coast side.  Whenever there was a big enough area we would pull over and run across the highway and snap a few photos.  It never stopped being breathtakingly beautiful.  I can’t even imagine what it would be like to live amongst all this beauty all the time.  Oh, the mountains in Tennessee here at home are quite beautiful, but there is just something about a coastline.
