A Few More Photos from Solvang, California
As I said yesterday, Solvang, California was one of our favorite little cities that we stopped at. The attention to detail was so pleasing. Everywhere you looked, you could see that people had made an effort to make it attractive and appealing. These plants outside the store front. The detailing on the paving of the walk way.
My computer and my husband’s computer that we use for photo editing, both sit sort of side by side. It was really interesting to see his stream of photos in Lightroom and compare them with my stream of photos. I had a wide angle lens, a 35 mm, so my shots picked up much more of the environment. He was using a 70-200mm and he picked up more of the detail. It was fun to see the closeup of the tile roof that he was taking a photo of while I was taking a photo of him!
A Little Blogging Vacation!
In case the few readers I have are wondering where I’ve been, I’ve been busy. Really, really busy. My photography business, Pamela Greer Photography keeps me crazy busy in the fall. On Friday I did an engagement session, Saturday a wedding, and Sunday a family session!
I have 300+ photos to edit before a senior session tomorrow! As you can imagine, this does not leave any room for editing my own personal photos for this blog! So, I am taking a little blogging vacation, until around Thanksgiving week! I still plant on taking breaks now and then and visiting your blogs, but I just don’t have time to work on my personal projects.
Another reason it’s such a long blogging vacation is because in the midst of it, we are traveling to California for my stepson’s wedding! Since we are going clear across the country, we thought we might as well stay awhile! So, we drinking our way through wine country for about 10 days! I expect to come back with a zillion photos!!
See you in November with lots of California photos!
