When I went to the grocery store this week to buy my weekly bouquet, I saw that they had forsythia branches!  We have planted forsythia before, but for some reason, we just can’t get it to grow!  I love it’s cheery yellow welcome of spring.  I brought them home and there was enough to spread them out into three rooms.  I am very much a minimalist when it comes to flowers, probably the only thing in life where I think less is more.   See those vases?  That’s part of my obsession of buying my liquor in cute bottles that I know I will reuse as vases.  Yes, I totally choose my liquor based on whether I can use the bottle again!
